  • We work with the IT application stakeholders to classify and prioritize your applications, determining interdependencies, order of recovery and criticality of each component across the entire scope of the environment.
  • We will strategize with you on when we get engaged and how we engage; where we take handoffs from your business to start our work and when we handoff back to you for subsequent application recovery, user testing and acceptance.
  • We will plan ahead to determine what failback looks like and how it will occur.
  • We will perform the Disaster Recovery test with you to make sure it goes exactly according to plan, and if needed, we will adjust together to make it even smoother next time.
  • We will set up data replication between the source applications and the secondary DR site. Data replication can be implemented as frequently as every 15 minutes to ensure that any data loss is kept to a minimum and your Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is met. Up to 24 points in time can be chosen from for a restore point in case data gets corrupted and the latest restore point won’t do. An acceptable Recovery Time Objective (RTO) for your applications is established to balance the most cost-effective solution that will meet the needs of your enterprise.
