CenterGrid is a limited liability company, incorporated in the state of Ohio, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Vora Group USA.
CenterGrid started operations in 2009/10 as a small offering inside Ascendum Solutions, LLC, known as the Ascendum Infrastructure Management Solutions (AIMS) practice. As that offering grew and became more established, a decision was made to spin it out of Ascendum.
Under its new name, CenterGrid, the company has achieved significant revenue growth and established itself as a leader in the midsize enterprise market.
Our team has a deep understanding of the IT landscape and brings over 100 years of cumulative experience in running and managing similar corporations across cloud management, consulting services and technology sales.
CenterGrid is a proud member of the Vora Group, a reputable technology holding group in the Midwestern US, comprised of 13 companies and 2100 employees worldwide. The Vora Group is led by its founder, Mahendra Vora, a known serial entrepreneur who has successfully built and exited many large IT ventures over the past 25 years. Winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award for Innovation in the Midwest, Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the ACG Deal Maker Awards, and AsiaOne Global Indian Of The Year Award, Vora is known for his creativity, speed of execution, solid business principles, and care for his employees.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris has over 20 years of network and computing experience, balancing a love of technology with a drive for high-performance teams. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit grounded in the realities of global IT operations. He takes satisfaction in delivering the right-sized solutions to improve customer business. This approach has been proven through roles managing the IT operations of a 1.1M sq. ft. automotive plant, running Accenture’s Global Command Center, and most recently Logicalis’ Cloud and Managed Service operations. Chris holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
VP of Finance and Service Delivery
Joni is a results-oriented business leader with over 25 years in the customer relationship and finance fields. Her focus has been to combine business solutions and relationships to improve customer operations and experience. She has held responsibilities in SaaS and Technology companies including leadership of Service Delivery, Project Management, and Customer Success Management with financial responsibility for all teams. Joni holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Miami University.
