Mahendra Vora

The Vora Group is led by its founder, Mahendra Vora, a known Serial Entrepreneur who has successfully built and exited many large IT ventures over the past 25 years. Winner of the Life Time Achievement Award for Innovation in the Midwest, Vora is known for his creativity, speed of execution, solid business principles, and care for his employees.

Joni Angel

VP of Finance and Service Delivery

Joni is a results-oriented business leader with over 25 years in the customer relationship and finance fields.  Her focus has been to combine business solutions and relationships to improve customer operations and experience.  She has held responsibilities in SaaS and Technology companies including leadership of Service Delivery, Project Management, and Customer Success Management with financial responsibility for all teams. Joni holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Miami University.

Chris Beard

Chief Operating Officer

Chris has over 20 years of network and computing experience, balancing a love of technology with a drive for high performance teams. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit grounded in the realities of global IT operations. He takes satisfaction in delivering right-sized solutions to improve customer business. This approach has been proven through roles managing the IT operations of a 1.1M sq. ft. automotive plant, running Accenture's Global Command Center, and most recently Logicalis' Cloud and Managed Service operations. Chris holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.

Bob Chapp

VP of Service Desk

 Bob joins CenterGrid with 22 years of Service Desk experience where he previously helped establish a Service Desk at a top 50 solution provider.  Over the past 10 years, Bob led the expansion of the Service Desk to 3 locations in the United States and South Africa.  Bob is a results-oriented professional specializing in customer service and customer solutions.  At CenterGrid, Bob is leading the expansion and maturity of our Service Desk offering.  He oversees all aspects of the Service Desk including sales, operations, service delivery and customer support. Bob attended Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.  He currently lives in Fraser, MI with his wife, two daughters and two dogs.  Bob’s hobbies include anything “techie” as well as golf and being a supportive Dad and Uncle.  Bob is an active supporter of Autism Speaks, the Ted Lindsay Foundation and the Michigan Humane Society.
